Delhi and NCR is a paradise for any food connoisseur, right from its street food to fine dining, there is a variety of food delighting different food palates. Where fine dining is concerned, there are many aspects that need to be looked into. It is like one has embarked on a food journey where right from ambiance to the food, to customer service everything matters.

Noon Mirch a terrace restaurant, will be a sheer delight for any haute cuisine appreciator. Its funky décor, gazebo seating, shimmering lights, finger-licking delicacies, and live performances, make it stand apart from the rest. The Arabic and Moroccon influence on the interiors reminds one of the moon-kissed deserts. This place is for all-the party animals, book lovers, creative people, family men, corporate goers. The balmy sun will soothe your senses, while you enjoy delicious food, over a poetry narration. If you want to give your creativity a leash, then head towards the open mic, and showcase your talent to the live crowd.

The key differentiator between Noon Mirch intent from the glitz and glamour of other eateries in the experimental and eclectic menu. The menu borrows heavily from cuisine across the world but is immersed in the vast culinary culture of India, with heavy use of Indian spices in the food preparation. With minute attention to even the smallest detail, the guests can state their own oil preference, for cuisine preparation.

The menu takes you through a journey across the globe where Pita bread will be served with tender Soya Chaap Solaki, and the Italian bread Foccaia with another interesting delicacy. The menu has a wide range of selections, both for a quick bite or for something heavy. The show-stealer was Amuse Busse soup, prepared from coconut and minced with handcurd. The soup had a tangy taste and not that sweetness, which is associated with coconut. The appetizer set the mood, for the food journey on which we were about to embark.

The succulent and tender Chicken Tikka clubbed with Passion fruit mocktail was the perfect start to the meal.

The winners of the main course were Alapino Biryani clubbed with Palak Masala, which was generously tossed in cream cheese, with tomatoes to add to the flavor. Also, double Cheese Kofta accompanied with Kandhari Naan would make you go gaga over the food. In deserts the rice kheer would be a gastronomical delight, with the lingering taste of rose, it was the perfect finish to the wonderful meal.

Noon Mirch chefs take deep pride in curating the menu, changing it every fifteen days, to lend a fresh twist to the food basket.
