Love a little stronger is authored by Preeti Shenoy and published by Shrishti Publishers and Distributors.

BLURB
Life is a collection of moments, some memorable and some mundane. Often it is the tiniest things that bring the greatest joy, even though at that time, we have no idea that what we are witnessing may be magical, something that we will talk about and laugh over after many years.
Packed with her hilarious narratives, poignant observation and a writing style loved by millions across the world, this book is certain to strike a chord with anybody who has children or who has been a child, themselves!
For those who have read 34 Bubblegums and Candies, this is a new version, with many additional stories. For others, it is a heart-warming, hilarious and inspiring collection of true anecdotes from the author’s life, telling us to Love A Little Stronger, no matter what happens.

INTRODUCTION

Many times we have heard, life is beautiful. But then, it definitely depends on the onlooker. Preeti , has made life so simple, relatable, humorous that by the end of all you will definitely fall in love with life. She has given a new perspective to the daily routine things. In her language, she is definitely a Radiator, according to Preeti, radiators are those people who fill you with happiness and make you feel light from inside. Trust me, her writing does that.

The incidents mentioned in the book are not out of the world, they are a regular thing, but still, their impact and how they become memories are mentioned. Life is to live and not to crib; the author beautifully drills this point through her writing. She has been honest in her writing, often when writers tend to pick incidents from the life, either they glamourize it or they downplay it, but Preeti has mentioned those anecdotes in a matter of fact approach. This is not a preachy kind of book, it is more like a conversation that you have with your best friend over a cup of coffee.

PLOT

The book is divided into 5 main heads with 50 subheads. These subheads are individual chapters, which are small and entertaining.  Two chapters which are my personal favourites are- A Floppy Story and When adversity strikes. A Floppy Story is an interesting take of an embarrassing and difficult situation, it shows when we are in hurry, then in order to finish things, we often stop checking the basic facts, which might put us in tight spots.

When adversity strikes on other hands, highlights tough situation, and the different reaction to the same situation, shows the character or inner strength of the person.
