I have heard a lot about Jungle Jamboree various outlets, its food, and jungle-like ambiance has already hit right nodes in the food circuit.  This prompted me, to do my next article around Jungle Jamboree, Noida. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Logix City Center Mall and is almost 4-5 minutes walking distance from Noida City Center metro station.

What makes a restaurant popular- service, staff, ambiance, and food. Basing on these key perimeters, I reviewed Jungle Jamboree.

Logix City Center mall is all about concrete,  visit to Jungle Jamboree takes you to a different world. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was welcomed with the sound of water and greenery.  It was like walking on the sets of Jumanji movie, where amidst a thriving city, suddenly a jungle pops up. There were murals of the lion, wild boar etc. on the wall. One look at the ceiling, artificial creepers hanging from the pipes, will welcome the sight. The seats were covered with artificial grass, thus making them comfortable and cozy. They also have an aqua cave, where one can find murals of starfish, jellyfish, and mermaids, they have beautifully tried to replicate the underwater world.

We opted for an early afternoon buffet, the moment we have settled down, they got us veg starters. The first thing that was served to us was honey chili lotus stem, it was finger licking, crispy and delicious. The lotus stem was thinly sliced, fried and tossed with honey chili sauce. Forget about elders even kids will love it.  They set the live grill on the table, where different veg and non-veg starters are grilled.

They generously served us Raj Kachori, Paneer Tikka, Grilled Potato, Masatani Mushroom, Salsa Potato and Green Dim sums. Another thing which I would highly recommend is Green Dimshum, they are fresh, soft and served with not so spicy sauce. They also have a good variety of non-veg starters.  Some of the famous dishes from chef’s kitchen were Chicken Tikka, Malai Chicken Tikka, Fish Finger, Chicken Wings etc. We particularly liked the Chicken Wing, it was crispy and had a tangy taste. The Gosht Ki Galouti was particularly soft and melts in the mouth.

In mocktails, I would suggest  Virgin Mojito, it will instantly freshen you up. But if you are a strawberry fan, then opt for Pink Lady.

In the main course, the spread had all kind of varieties, my personal favorites were Kurkuri Bhindi, Dal Makhani Angeethi Se with Panchmeal Pichkari Pulao. They also have an improvised Gado Gado Salad, this is basically an Indonesian non-veg salad. But at Jungle Jamboree they have improvised it according to Indian vegetarians palate.

In deserts also one can opt for the ice-cream along with dry cake and pudding. Or can alternatively go for Indian dessert.

I would definitely recommend Jungle Jamboree to the food lovers, the buffet has a nice spread and is pocket-friendly.
