Ambrosia Bliss

Ambrosia Bliss CP is one of my favorite fine dining restaurant. So, when Chef Shyam invited me to experience ongoing Seasonal Green festival, I cannot resist. And you guessed it right, I was not at all disappointed. Ambrosia is close to my heart, not only because of its delicious food, but also due to ambience. It is sheer pleasure to see, the view of CP from the French windows. Also, it is not at all noisy, it is cozy and intimate. Food lovers like me, can enjoy the food in blissful solitude.
As soon we settle down, we decided to explore mocktail section. One of my personal favorite is Winter Spentor. It tastes heavenly and trust me, refresh you immediately. It is made of fresh mint (reason behind instant freshness), clove, ginger ale and club soda.  Otherwise you can also order My Berry or Twist and Bliss. There is a small description, which you should look into, before ordering any of them.
Since Seasonal Green festival is on, so Chef Shyam did lot of experiments with ,different varieties of leafy vegetables as spinach, fenugreek etc.  In starters we had Methi Corn Tikki, it was crispy, fried slowly and stuffed with cheese.  I took an instant liking for Cheese Dumpling, they were soft and they melt in your mouth. It was very nicely made, without any excess spices. Must recommend for kids.
For non vegetarians, they can opt for Kastoori Chicken Seekh.  Chicken is blended well with methi. It is soft and spicy.
In main course, in veg we ordered methi ka kofta,  along with breads.  It was soft, creamy and delicious. It tasted heavenly with bread. Another must try item for non-vegetarians, is Bhuna Murg Methi.  In this dish, chicken and fenugreek are mixed so well, that in each bite one can feel the taste of both chicken and methi , they cannot be differentiated.  Even kids will vouch for this main course. If you want to go for bit of bland chicken, then go for Chicken Steak.
And last not the least ,try the desert Omali. It is an Egyptian dish, made of puff,  milk and nuts. It is somewhat similar to our Indian Kheer.
Also, if you want to taste paan in liquid form, then do order Betel Bliss, this is only available at Ambrosia Bliss CP, highly recommended mocktail.
This festival is on till 15th Feb 2017,all days, grab it before it closes.
