Stuffed Mushroom
                                                                        
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
¼ medium Carrot, chopped
½ medium Onion, chopped
2-3 Green Beans, chopped
¼ each Red, Yellow & Green Bell Pepper, de-seeded and chopped
¼ small Green Zucchini, chopped
1-2 Green Chilies, de-seeded and chopped
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
30 g (2 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Garlic Mayonnaise
30 g Mozzarella Cheese, grated
10 medium Mushrooms,
60 g (4 tbsp) Refined Flour
75 ml Water
Salt
100 g Bread Crumb
200 ml Vegetable Oil
Directions:
1.       In a bowl add carrot, onion, green beans, bell peppers, zucchini, green chili, oregano, thyme, garlic mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well.
2.       Pull out the mushroom stem and stuff above made mixture inside the mushrooms.
3.       Take 2 identical size mushrooms and join them together from stuffed side and insert a toothpick to hold them.
4.       In a bowl add refined flour, water, salt and whisk till smooth mixture is formed.
5.       Dip mushrooms in above made mixture and coat them with bread crumb from all sides.
6.       Heat oil in a kadhai (medium flame) and deep fry mushrooms. Cut it from centre and serve hot.

Creamy Mushroom and Potato Croquette                                                                          
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
5 small, Button Mushrooms, chopped
2 medium Potato, boiled, peeled and grated
60 g (4 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pasta Alfredo with Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
45 g (3 tbsp) Refined Flour
60 ml (4 tbsp) Water
100 g (6 tbsp) Bread Crumb
200 ml Vegetable Oil, for frying
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan (low flame) add garlic, mushroom and sauté for 2 minutes. Add potato, alfredo sauce, salt, black pepper powder, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Take above mix, make small balls and finally shape them into small cigars or cylinders. Keep these potato croquettes in a plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl add refined flour, water, salt, black pepper powder and whisk to form smooth mixture.
  4. Take out bread crumb in a plate, dip potato croquette in above flour mix and finally put them in bread crumb to get good coating all over. Repeat this process with rest of the potato croquette and keep them in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai (medium flame) and deep fry all. Serve hot.
